Here are the current General Purchasing Terms and Conditions for the Schaeffler Group. Please note that the following terms and conditions apply exclusively for the legal relationship between the supplier and us. Supplier's terms and alternative agreements apply only when formally recognized by us in writing. Recognition cannot be tacit on our part, nor can it be assumed by the performance or payment thereof.
